n    Experienced in evaluating collection systems including SSES studies, flow monitoring, and condition assessment.

n    Experience in developing custom designs for plant enlargements and upgrades. Experience with most vendor treatment processes currently being marketed.

n    Broad experience in rehabilitation of existing plants.

n    Familiar with most wastewater equipment lines, equipment applications, and   competing manufacturers and technologies.

n    Class IV wastewater treatment plant operators license. NASSCO certified in PACP, MACP, LACP.

n    Knows wastewater plants top down, including characteristics of the various in-plant flow streams.

n    Ability to provide technical review or assistance in treatment process selection, plant upgrade evaluation, nutrient removal, and biosolids management.

n    Experienced in facility damage evaluation following disasters, repair cost development, and plant infrastructure valuation.

n    Has attended WEFTEC annually since 1987 to stay abreast of new developments, equipment, and technology.
